Our On-Line Secure Cart System accepts debit or credit based Visa, MasterCard and American Express Cards and now, you can use your PayPal account for Express Checkout as well. Also, you may obtain a price quote or print an order for traditional 'mail in', payment via Money Order.. all with the secure cart system.

At the end of the order entry process a 'Comments' box will pop up, you can fill me in there regarding any special requirements regarding your application or order. Special requests outside the scope of the cart system are routinely handled via email BEFORE placing the order.

USA (domestic) Shipping Policy:

We use the US postal service for most of our products so we'll need an accurate Postal Address for delivery. Shipping adresses are checked with the USPS database as labels are prepared and an email with tracking info is sent from the shipping program to the email address you provided when the package leaves here. The shipping/handling rates in the cart system are based on package value, insurance costs and weight. Whenever practical all items to domestic (US) addresses are shipped via USPS Ground Select WITH delivery confirmation. I build packs based on your order.. it normally takes 2-3 days from date of order till your packs are ready to ship AND since we're located in a rural Florida county, shipping delivery times can be 3-5 days on top of that depending on destination. PLEASE ALLOW at least 7-10 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER FOR DELIVERY! As an option for domestic destinations you can select Express Mail Service for faster order build and delivery (reduces wait by 2-3 shipping days depending on destination) during checkout. If you have special requirements we can most likely accommodate your shipping situation by contacting us via email at the time you place your order.

ATTENTION: As of 9/30/2025 we will no longer accept, process or ship orders outside the United States.

Canadian Customers: EMAIL ME 1st!!! If we can take your order it will ship via US First Class Mail International Package Service. Limited 'Tracking' capability is available via the package Customs Tag number contained in the 'Shipping Confirmation' email that goes out to you from our shipping program when the package leaves our facility. 'Express' or 'Overnight' Shipping is not available for Canadian Destinations. We will ship ONLY to the billing address of the credit card holder; or if paid via Paypal, to the confirmed shipping address as defined by Paypal. Lastly, we flatly refuse to be held liable in any way for orders outside the U.S. that are lost in shipment, damaged, delayed or held in customs.

Folks, the phone used to ring like crazy around here... and when I was answering it, I couldn't get the orders from folks using the cart system built.

Since we're keeping costs to a minimum so we can give you the best possible prices, I don't staff a traditional 'front office' and keep a pretty secretary around from 9-5 to answer phones, fetch coffee, and make this little shop sound like General Motors.

If you need assistance, check our website FAQ's first, then check your charger's manual. If you still have questions, please EMAIL me your questions and after hours, I work here at the computer and wade through those. If your having difficulties with one of our packs underperforming, by all means, send me out an email with the particulars and I'll get back to you ASAP.. via email.

Warranty work, when it arrives here for inspection, testing and repair is treated just like new production orders from the Internet.. it gets priority . If you send us a pack for testing or repair, please include your name, your email address, return shipping address and a description of the problem, the type of charger/cycler you are using, it's settings and any other particulars relevant to the situation.
