we DO NOT happily accept phone orders (I rarely answer a phone around here) and I enjoy even less typing up manual invoices,

Are you a Long Island customer? If
so, then your probably aware that I don't have a 'storefront' and I don't react at all well to 'can I stop by and pick up
a pack??' type requests. So, for you folks exclusively; I'll refund the shipping charge if the order is shipping
to a local destination (Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau or Suffolk County). Just type 'LOCAL CUSTOMER' in
the comments box that comes up at the end of the website order entry process and I'll refund the shipping charge when
the order ships.
Payment Types, Quotes, etc
Our On-Line Secure Cart System accepts debit
or credit based Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Cards and now, you can use your PayPal account for Express Checkout as well. Also, you may
obtain a price quote or print an order for traditional 'mail in', payment via Money Order.. all with the secure cart system.
Special needs?
At the end of the order entry process
a 'Comments' box will pop up, you can fill me in there regarding any special requirements regarding your application or order.
Special requests outside the scope of the cart system are routinely handled via email BEFORE placing the order.
USA (domestic) Shipping Policy:
We use the US postal service for most of our products
so we'll need an accurate Postal Address for delivery. Shipping adresses are checked with
the USPS database as labels are prepared and an email is sent from the shipping program to the email address you provided
when the package leaves here. The shipping/handling rates in the cart system are based on package value and whenever practical
all items to domestic (US) addresses are shipped via First Class or Priority
Mail, Insured, WITH delivery confirmation. As an option for domestic destinations
you can select Express Mail Service for faster order build and delivery
during checkout. If you have special requirements we can most likely accomodate your shipping situation by contacting
us via email at the time you place your order.
US Servicemen and Women on duty overseas are welcome customers,
we will ship any APO/FPO addressed order using the US postal Service.
International Shipping Policy:
We happily ship via US Mail to most countries without additional
shipping surcharges as long as the package weight is under 2 pounds. (packages over 2 pounds will be billed/debited at time
of shipment for additional shipping costs above original invoicing).
Please note that if you are in the Middle East or are
a subject or citizen of any country with a government hostile to American Interests we
will not accept or ship your order. If the cart/processor system DOES accept your order and you are in a country that falls
into the western descriptive term of 'Middle East', (and this includes Israel due to their customs policies) your order will
be refunded and your order will NOT ship. Period. No Exceptions.
Please understand that we cannot track or insure
international shipments. We will ship ONLY to the billing address of the credit card holder; or if paid via Paypal,
to the confirmed shipping address as defined by Paypal. Lastly, we flatly refuse to be held liable in any way
for orders lost in shipment, damaged, delayed or held in customs. If you are unwilling to
accept the risk, do not place the order!
